We use this term broadly to cover projects that are more people-sensitive than standard commercial projects. For us, healthcare includes hospitals, medical clinics, aged care facilities and places for little humans like childcare facilities and early learning environments. We deliver medical fitouts, aged care fitouts and other interiors for health services including pharmacies, dentists and physiotherapists.
These services all have one thing in common—humans. In this environment, people are more at risk than normal, and conditions are more sensitive. Human elements include illness in its many forms, frailty caused by age, and risks taken by children who are still learning about the world.
From the start, we develop a risk management plan where traffic management, staging, materials selection, noise and other hazards are clearly identified and risks mitigated to minimise impact on the people nearby.
Our project managers and site managers come with a wealth of healthcare construction knowledge. We will ensure open and honest dialogue with you and other relevant parties from the start of the project until the end of the twelve-month defect liability period.
