Hyde Perth, The Adnate Hotel Fitout

Swan worked under Accor within the newly constructed Art Series hotel, The Adnate at 900 Hay Street in Perth CBD. Swan undertook the two-level interior fitout of The Adnate’s bar and restaurant space, which was designed around the hotel’s pool area.

‘The Adnate’ is named after one of Australian street art’s most influential big-wall painters, Matt Adnate and features a ‘Mega Mural’ which spans 25-storeys in height. The Adnate is the ninth Art Series hotel in Australia and opened in October 2019.

The key aspect of the high-end fitout is the joinery throughout including the large main bar, Reception counter, servery to kitchen and restaurant counters. Carpentry spans the perimeter walls and feature ceilings and intricate tiling cover all bar and restaurant spaces.

The engagement by Accor and Art Series Hotels has broadened Swan’s hospitality clientele and work portfolio, with a focus on high-end architectural finishes within fast-track timeframes.
