The project involved a complete strip-out and upgrade of both office areas and warehouse-based training spaces. Works included the installation of new ceilings, flooring, partitions, and acoustic treatments, alongside comprehensive electrical, data, lighting, and mechanical upgrades. Compliance improvements were delivered across the facility, including enhanced safety systems and accessibility upgrades, as well as refreshed offices, amenities, and lobby spaces.
Recognising the dual function of administrative operations and practical training environments, tailored design and delivery solutions were implemented to ensure both areas operated seamlessly. With fixed training schedules in place, strong program management, early procurement strategies, and proactive contractor coordination ensured all milestones were achieved on time.
