Swan Group delivered a comprehensive internal fitout within the Walyalup Civic Centre, transforming the tenancy into a contemporary and highly functional office environment.

A combination of plasterboard ceilings and open ceiling treatments was incorporated, particularly within the atrium and lobby areas. This required careful coordination of exposed services to achieve a clean, cohesive aesthetic while maintaining full functionality.
The scope included complete internal painting, including all exposed services within open ceiling zones. New vinyl and carpet flooring was installed throughout the tenancy, complemented by tiling to wet areas and splashbacks within newly constructed kitchenette facilities.
Custom joinery kitchenettes were installed and supported by new hydraulic plumbing connections. Electrical works included the installation of new GPOs, structured data cabling, and upgraded lighting systems. Mechanical works comprised HVAC modifications and extensions, thoughtfully integrated within the open ceiling design to ensure optimal performance without compromising visual appeal.
The completed fitout delivers a high-quality, modern workspace that aligns seamlessly with the Civic Centre’s architectural character and operational requirements.
