Swan proudly collaborated with the City of Perth on the construction of Perth's central 'Containers for Change' Container Deposit Scheme (CDS) facility at Aberdeen Street, Northbridge.

Time was critical due to the publicised start of the scheme. Swan managed fast-track design phases with D&C architect partners, Plus against client Hold Points and approvals were expedited by working closely with the Building Surveyor.
The Construction phase was also compressed while encompassing the new car park construction across the 1,000m2 site. Swan engineered the new canopy along the length of the building and design partners enabled it to be cantilevered and eliminated the need for ground posts.
