La Bastide Restaurant

Swan Group’s fitout team completed the interior delivery of La Bastide, a new French-style neighbourhood restaurant located in the heart of Shenton Park.

The project involved a full transformation of the existing tenancy, with works completed in close coordination with the restaurant’s owners and design partners at Proekt. From demolition through to final finishes, Swan Group managed and executed all aspects of the fitout, maintaining program timelines and construction quality throughout.

From base build to final finish

The works began with a full strip-out of the previous restaurant interior, followed by installation of essential building services to suit the new layout and design. Swan’s delivery scope included all ceiling, wall, and floor finishes, each aligned with the client’s vision for a refined but approachable dining space. Feature elements such as artisan-crafted joinery and bespoke furniture and fixtures were integrated into the build with careful attention to quality and detail. The materials and components were installed with precision, ensuring both aesthetic impact and long-term durability. Ceilings and lighting were planned to complement the restaurant’s ambience, while floor and wall finishes were selected to provide visual consistency across the dining and service areas. All components were delivered according to schedule, allowing the client to move into the next phase of business setup and operations without delay.
