A significant part of the project was the installation of specialised systems, including CCTV for site security, lighting, and various fuel services to support depot functions. The depot’s infrastructure also integrated a compressed air system and hydraulic and mechanical services tailored for bus maintenance. Emphasising durability, materials and construction adhered to rigorous standards for a coastal location, ensuring the facility’s functionality and longevity. To minimise operational disruption, the project was delivered as a “turnkey” solution, enabling immediate readiness upon completion for Transperth’s contracted service provider.
