St John Urgent Care – Osborne Park

With more than 121 years of experience in first aid training and over 90 years operating the state’s ambulance service, St John continues to grow its infrastructure to meet the needs of the Western Australian community. To support this ongoing growth, Swan Group was engaged to undertake a complete fitout of the St John Urgent Care facility located in Osborne Park. The project involved a full renovation of the interior premises to create a purpose-built medical facility capable of supporting a wide range of healthcare services under one roof. Swan Group delivered the fitout in close collaboration with the client and project designers, ensuring each element was aligned with operational requirements and functional design goals.

Fit-for-purpose design with integrated healthcare environments

The Osborne Park facility was developed to accommodate multiple modes of healthcare delivery. The fitout included a combination of general practice consulting rooms, dental care spaces, and allied health treatment areas. To support the back-of-house and administrative functions of the facility, Swan Group fitted out reception and waiting areas, administrative offices, staff rooms, and break areas. Each of these spaces was designed to provide comfort, privacy, and practicality for both staff and patients. Medical storage rooms and sterile facilities were also incorporated to maintain the integrity of clinical processes and ensure compliance with healthcare safety protocols.
